Lady Cards fall to Poyen 43-28

The Lady Cardinals opened the season last night with a 43-28 loss to the Poyen Lady Indians.  The first quarter ended with both teams tied a 5 points apiece.  The Lady Indians would extend their lead to 19-10 at halftime.  The Lady Cards cut the deficit in the 3rd quarter making the score 27-21 in

Cardinals Home Playoff Game, Nov. 14th

The Harmony Grove football team makes the playoffs for the second straight year, and also makes history with its first home playoff game.  The Cardinals are coming off their best regular season with a 7-3 overall and 5-2 conference record.  The Cards will be matched up with the number 4 seed Fouke Panthers (6-4, 4-3)

Jr High Cheer takes 1st Place

The Harmony Grove Junior High Cheerleading team takes 1st place in the 3A Division in Jacksonville Saturday.

Season Tip-off Nov. 11th

The junior and senior high girls basketball team tip-off the season Tuesday, November 11th, against the Poyen Lady Indians. The Junior Lady Cardinals will start at 5:30 pm with the senior girls following immediately after. The junior and senior high boys game has been moved to February 2nd due to the football playoffs.

HG holds off Horatio for a 12-7 win

Harmony Grove held on to defeat Horatio 12-7 last night.  The Cardinals put points on the board first with a 45 yard run from Harry McClendon.  The extra point failed giving them a 6-0 lead late in the 1st quarter.  Horatio answered on their next drive with a 9 play 51 yard drive going up
